We believe that marketing is an essential element of any successful business and have created this guide in order to accompany our existing media services, to create a one-stop shop for all of your media needs. This allows us to keep your costs to a minimum, whilst maintaining the high levels of quality and performance that we demand of ourselves.
Here’s a glimpse of how we do it…
As we tend to receive similar orders from different clients, we can batch these jobs together and achieve greater economies of scale. This allows us to split the cost of a job between more than one client, working out cheaper for you. We also use this approach to ensure that jobs are turned around quicker than average, which means you can rely on us to meet your deadline.

WE CANNOT ALLOW LOCAL PICK UP FROM OUR PREMISES
The above factors allow us to ensure that we purchase stocks efficiently and use only branded, triple coated, chlorine free, environmentally friendly paper and card – so whilst we may be cheap, we’re still perfectionists.
We know what it’s like to be dealt with poorly. It’s not pleasant. That’s why we pride ourselves on being approachable, flexible and dedicated towards our customers. Our packaged print guide has allowed us to become more focused on the way we work, which allows greater time and resources to be dedicated to ensuring that we can look after you and your orders.
1. Provide us with your artwork (details below) or email us your brief and images for our design service.
2. Provide us with your contact info and invoice/delivery address.
3. Sign off your proofs via email.
4. Make payment via cash or cheque. Cheques payable to Soar Media Ltd.
5. Await delivery!
Not adhering correctly to these guidelines could cause delay or errors to your job!
Acceptable File Formats: High res PDFs, InDesign, JPEGs, Illustrator EPS. Artwork must be sent via email. It is advised to compress your jobs into Zip files beforehand.
Bleed: All files require an additional 3mm of image per edge of the artwork. Avoid placing text in these areas.
Proofs: We will supply a PDF proof of your artwork that must be signed off (confirmed) via email to proceed with printing.
